Hi Karl,

I think if you tap the 16-25 Rail Card, you should get a dropdown, then you can
choose Disabled Railcard.  It should then stay there.

All the best

Steve

Hi all,
I’ve just downloaded the tramline app and it is certainly easier to navigate.
Just two questions though..
I seem to have a permanent note of a 16-25 railcard savings applied to my
search even though I haven’t selected a railcard, and… When selecting my return
journey, how do I then go on to buy that ticket?

Just started but it looks like it may be for me, thanks Steve for mentioning it.

Hi Simon,

I must admit, I like the self-printed tickets at the station.

I know I have to get assistance, but it's better than paying five quid
postage.

All the best

if you really want to use a website, I would recommend the virgin eastcoast
site, as they actually have a link for a more screenreader friendly interface.
I would more recommend using one of the iPhone apps, if you have an iPhone,
the trainline being the one I tend to use, especially with some of it's new
features, such as being able to enter a postcode, of say a final destination,
and it will come up with the nearest stations, and also tell you how far they
are from the postcode you entered. the only thing which it doesn't offer, is
an option to have tickets posted to you, but none of the other apps seem to
offer this option either, for some strange reason. this would be the one
advantage of using something like the virgin eastcoast site.

hope this helps.

Simon

Hi all,
I’m struggling to find a good useable site for buying rail tickets.
I’m using a Mac and Safari.

Regards to all.
