Go to http://reportaproblem.apple.com and complete the form after logging in, 
you’ll be able to review all your purchases and tell Apple why you are looking 
for a refund.  Apple will look at your reasons and give you a decision, 
sometimes it can take up to a week for this to happen.

Subject: [access-uk] Bad iTunes purchase

I have just purchased an album from the iTunes store on which one of the tracks 
is incorrect. Is there an address towhich I can write to point this out and 
either get a refund or have this corrected. For your information, the album is 
the Syimphonies by Schumann played by the Scottish Chamber orchestra. I’d 
rather not wait for the receipt as this can sometimes take days to arrive.
