Hi Sharon.

You will need to reconnect your MFP to your wireless hub using the connection procedure outlined in the printer's documentation. Some printers have a web interface to assist you in doing this, others require you to enter the information on the front panel of the machine. Because your router is a new one, any device you want to use will need to be reconnected to the router as if it were a new wireless network.

All the best, Ibrahim.

I think you will have to reinstall the drivers so that the printer can
recognise your new hub but as I am a bit of a novice on the IT front someone
else will probably have a better solution.

Hi,

I had to have a new BT hub installed last week, and now I am unable to use
my wireless printer/scanner.

Anyone have any ideas how I can resolve this issue.

Thanks.

Sharon
