Bluetooth has nothing to do with whether you're connected to the GSM network, so no you won't be charged. To prove it, switch your phone to offline profile and send something via bluetooth to your phone. You'll discover that you'll still receive it as if it was a text and your credit won't be deducted/bill won't increase!
