I don't think the situation is quite as serious as you think it is. The company
has filed for bankruptcy protection which, as I understand it, isn't quite the
same as going ito liquidation. This is often used as a means of financial
strengthening and restructuring. Unless the situation has changed since 30th
October, I don't think we have seen the last of Baum quite yet.
