Firstly focus on the relevant message in the Inbox.
Secondly go to the menu bar and select Message.
Cursor down to attachments and you should see what you want there.

How do you open attachments in the thunderbird email programme please?
Mostly I use the Windoes email programme but for some reason my emails
don't seem to be coming in aand I did write this message from my Windows
email but don't think it arrived.
