Hi,

It depends.

For example, the Mcrosoft Surface can't take it because it has WIndows RT,
but the Surface Pro can because it has full Windows.  If it is an RT tablet,
then no.  If not, then yes.  NVDA would be the best free reader for this, as
it supports touch screens.
