Hi,
Drop me an email off list, and I can give you some specific help. For the
record, you need to book assistance at least one working day before your
journey. Personally, I would not book any more than a week in advance

Hi List

At the end of May I am due to travel from Birmingham to Derby for the
weekend. It has been many years since I used the assistance programme and
wondered how long before my journey do I need to book. Also could someone
give me an up to date telephone number to use please.
