Hi,

I went to the folder and the only file there was uninstall.exe; all very
strange.

Cheers,

Mike

You need to manually go to the folder where the executable is stored.
it is probably in your program files, or program files (x86) folder [you
won't have the latter if you are on 32bit windows].
Try "C:\program files\yourappname" where yourappname is the name of the app,
or "C:\Program files\yourappdeveloper\" where yourappdeveloper is the
application developer.
If you are on 64bit windows, try replacing "program files" with "program
files (x86".
