[access-uk] Another Strange Occurrence.

This isn't exactly a problem but I am wondering whether anybody else is
experiencing it? Sometimes on a link usually something something which someone
has uploaded: when I enter nothing happens except that noise which usually
indicates activex and then I route Jaws and enter again and the link works.
This is very odd any idea why?
