Just to add to this, if you go through the details, the
programmes/films/downloads have a badge just after the title if AD is
available, which is read out.  In the TV listings, you also get a beep on
programmes that have AD.

Hi,

You can’t look specifically for AD movies, but you can certainly select and
watch them.  You can also download them if they are on demand, then watch.  But
the on demand content doesn’t currently carry audio description.

I've waited 20 years for this to arrive.

I don't watch TV because firstly there is never anything on that I like and
even with the movie channel, it seems extremely lacking in Audio description.

I keep it going because my wife enjoys TV.

I need AD to the point, I just would never waste my time watching a movie if it
did not have it.

Can you tell me if within the menus, can you look for AD movies, go through
them in the morning and independently watch them when they come on?

Also, can this software allow me to record such movies onto my Q box.

I am really excited to announce that speech is coming to SkyQ.  The update roll
out starts today, and it is expected that most should have it by the end of
April.

So in the coming weeks, try pressing the voice button on your remote and saying
to your Sky Q box: “Voice Guidance On”.

I have it already, and it is pretty darned good.  Not all screens are
supported, but the major ones are, such as recordings, top picks, etc. Where
screens are not supported, you are informed with a message that Voice Guidance
Is Not Available.

I would say that other TV providers like VirginMedia have some way to go now to
catch up with this one.
