Hi, unfortunately I had this happen awhile ago when I tried to return an Amazon
echo that did not work properly. I also could not find the QR code as it is
presented as a picture on my phone. I then had to phone Amazon who in the end
decided that cancelling the items usability was easier than trying to get me
this QR code through using my phone as they said I would have to take it to the
post office which I could not do as it was not me that would be returning the
item. It is a nightmare that I have not found a way around as yet.

Hi all.
Has anyone successfully used the QR code process for returning goods to
Amazon?
The theory is that you present the QR code and a label is printedand attached
at the post office.
However, I can’t find the QR code to print and take to the post office. It
doesn’t seem to be in the email confirmation from Amazon or the page that is
linked to from that email. The page seems to say the QR code is there but it
can’t be seen as a graphic or object by Jaws.
Any ideas how the QR code is found and can be printed?
Alternatively, anyone got tips for making the returns process easy to
complete using another process other than QR codes?
Thanks.
