[access-uk] Re: Almost Off-Topic: Jon Briggs, the man behind Daniel, reads a Christmas ghost story

As has been said, he was the man behind the inter-round statistical analyses
(a nal a sees) on The Weakest Link. I gave him apoem of that title on my
Guide Cats for the Blind CD series. Again, so that he'd be heard reading for
real.

Best,
Clive

Ha ha! Listening to Daniel (Briggs) reading for real is pretty weird!
Thanks for this.

Happy Christmas everyone

Hi all,

This may be slightly off topic for all these groups, but what the
heck. It's Christmas.

The tenuous link with UK-Radio-Listeners/The-Archers is to say that
Jim Lloyd's not the only one sharing ghost stories for Christmas. In
fact the ghost story you will hear was written by R. H. Benson, the
brother of E. F. Benson, who wrote 'The Room In The Tower', which Jim,
aka John Rowe, reads at Loxley Hall and on R4 next week. The possible
relevance to Access-UK is that if you want to hear Jon Briggs as Jon
Briggs and not in his cyber-identity as Daniel, now's your chance.if
you enjoy ghost stories of course.
