I do hope someone can shed some light on my a fire stick and Alexa problem
which has recently occurred.
Basically a few days ago I was using the Alexa on the voice remote to launch
the fire stick's apps etc.
However, recently when I press the mike button on the fire remote lady a
doesn't seem to respond, for example, I would ask open net flix but it doesn't
open.
I have looked in the Alexa settings/remote settings but all seems fine, but I
did get the message from voice view pair your remote via blue tooth to use lady
a however this is already done and the remote itself works with the Fire stick.
Does anyone have any suggestions to fix the Alexa problem before I contact
Amazon.
Failing that is there a quicker way to open apps rather than having to find it
within the app store and then click open.
