[access-uk] Advice required on solving a problem related to cloudmark spam protection program please.

Hi all,

Recently I downloaded a trial of Cloudmark Desktop, on the strength of a message from a member of this list. I have now managed to purchase a subscription which means I am no-longer running a trial version. However, I was informed that I would obtain a confirmation e-mail after paying for my subscription, and although I purchased it yesterday, I have, as yet received no confirmation e-mail.

I have tried e-mailing the company's support team in the USA but have had no response as yet.

What action would list members suggest I take, particularly as I was told that the confirmation e-mail had been sent to my e-mail address but, as I say, I have not received it as yet, and other than cloudmark itself, I do not have any other systems blocking messages so the message should have got through.
