Sky will send you a box either in the post or they will come and deliver and
install the box using a local sky engineer. Which box do you own? If the sky Q,
you can download the sky Q app and also purchase and use the sky voice remote.
Sky accessible customer services team can help with accessibility issues like

If you tune your TV to FreeSat, you will get speech feedback. But FreeSat
isn't the same as Sky so no joy there I'm afraid.
