From what I understand from discussions on this and other lists, the latest version of the program is not accessible to screenreaders. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Bill Chilcott" <maybill1@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Subject: [access-uk] Ad-aware help

I have Ad-aware SE personal on my laptop which has worked quite satisfactorily for the past 3 or so years, but unfortunately I keep getting the following message.

Your definitions are 1380 days old. Would you like to check for updates now?
I click on OK, then connect and I get another message saying.

Error retrieving update. It then lands me on finish and when I enter, takes me back to their home page.
I have also tried uninstalling and then reinstalling, but with no success.
Can anybody please help to sort out this problem?

Thanks in anticipation. Bill.
