So in fact can we still get the definitions for the old Ad Aware? If so, darn it, as my friend has uninstalled it. Guess I'll have to put it back on for her when I next see her.

Hi all,
I am running Adaware 1.06 and when I went into the program today I was asked if I wished to update my definitions as they were 17 days old. At least until today, it would seem that new definition files can be downloaded for this version of Adaware.
Hope this is of some help.

Hi Chris,

I am sorry that I can not suggest any alternatives, but I am writing back to you in order to clarify something, as I am running adaware on my machine.

Do I understand what you are saying to mean that after today, adaware, will not support any screen readers if updated to the 2007 version, and there will no-longer be definitions for the free version of adaware personal.

If this is the case then like yourself, I would be interested in finding a screenreader compatible alternative.
