adrien, highlight a file of the type you want to open with your chosen player, press alt and enter to open properties, then tab till you get to the change button. CPress it and you'll be presented with a programme list. If the desired programme isn't in the list click the browse button and browse to it, then press enter. Once you've done that that file type will open with your chosen player. You can alternatively go to the file types setting in the player and set it to open files.

                   John.

hi,

i love to play my dvds with media player classic. mainly
because the menus are so straight forward, for example it
might have an option in the menu jump to title 1, and that
would be the first part of the dvd.

i also find it's easy to get the audio description with the
programme, just go in the language menu and it is usually
the second option down.
