As far as I'm aware, and certainly when I bought my TV around 6 weeks ago,
the smallest model which had accessibility built in was a 43 inch, and,
sure, you can go up in screen size from there, just be sure it's a Bravia
Android smart TV.
If you want the shop to check for you that it has accessibility, tell them
to go to the home screen, settings, accessibility, then within that sub menu
they should see both TalkBack and ScreenReader.

Hi peter it's the soni Bravia kd43 android smart tv, and yes, the speech
feedback either through talkback or Soni's own screen reader is terrific!
For setting stuff up, like putting it on your wifi you can also pair a
Bluetooth keyboard with it, which I've done, and, once you have everything
set up generally I find the screen reader better for things like reading
the program guide.
Finally if you have an Amazonn Alexa device you can set up the tv so you
can do some basic control, like channel switching and changing the volume
with your voice.
