[access-uk] Access Database Relationships

Hi All
I have an urgent enquiry about creating relationships in Microsoft Access.
I have a main form where I enter contact information about customers. I
have a sub-form where information should be entered about enquiries they
have made. I want to create a relationship where one client can make lots
of enquiries. I have successfully managed to do this with other sub-forms,
but can't seem to do it with this one - I'm obviously doing something wrong
sometwhre.
Can anyone help with this?
