It sounds odd to me. I think I would delete it immediately.

Has anyone ever received an email from hostmaster@xxxxxxxxxx; I've
received this one from this outfit entitled Your Password; it has a zip
file attached to it. It hasn't been called foul by Panda Antivirus, but
I don't think I want to probe further without thoughts from someone
else.
