Check the options tabs, they are somewhere in there and say use hotkeys.

I'm using the latest skype program with jaws 9.*. I have extended keyboard
navigation checked, but I can't answer a call using page up or down. Can
someone who is using skype please tell me how to answer a call using short cut
keys?
