If it doesn't have your own name in the email, then it's a fraud and should be binned.

Hi I periodally get messages perporting to be from paypal saying that my account has been suspended, question, would they send a form for me to fill in and resubmit? I have a feeling this is a phishing attempt and should ignore them. I am going to log in to my account and it should be ok, what do you guys think? Am I right in thinking this is phishing?
