[access-uk] A Problem Printing a List

Hi All
I have a 6 disc set of music that I want to convert into a different format.
No problem there but there are almost 200 tracks. I don't want to type it
all out to be put into the jewel case but rather copy the track listing on
the PC. But because they are, I think they're called, hyperlinks I'm having
great trouble doing it as it wants to copy all the recordings as well.
Does anyone know of a way, or software, to do this please.
