Does anyone know what the score is here now? Has 02 managed to follow
Orange and Vodaphone in offering TALKS with certain phones as an upgrade
path? If they have, does anyone have a suitable contact, please?
If not, what are the best options around for a low user who needs
speech?
I'm asking for a friend who has a Pay as You Go with 02 at present but
no speech and needs it.
Anything on or off list, if we've overdone this too much already and I
haven't paid enough attention, would be most welcome.
