Hi, We have them in down-town Albany. They've got this hand or something
and, for low vision people there's no way to tell how the light is. Using
the older system the red light is on top and a little less bright than the
yellow in the middle or the green on the bottom. With that configuration
you didn't even have to be able to see colors.
