In order to promote the development of information technology and strengthen 
academic exchanges, the Technical Committee of Computer Architecture of China 
Computer Federation decided to convene the annual conference of ACA (Advanced 
Computer Architecture) in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, China on August 23 to 
24, 2014. The conference will be sponsored by CCF, and organized by the 
professional committee of architecture of CCF and Northeastern University.

The conference will invite well-known experts in this field to make keynote 
speeches, from which you could get the latest domestic and foreign news of the 
architecture field. It will also provide a platform for experts to communicate 
and publishing the cutting-edge research work. We welcome all the experts doing 
related research to be engaged in the conference.

We are making two notable innovations in this year’s ACA conference:

1. ACA-2014 will assign a shepherd to each accepted paper, to provide guidance 
on revision and make sure reviewer’s comments are appropriately incorporated.

2. ACA 2014 accepts submissions both in English and Chinese, to increase the 
international visibility and impact of accepted papers. All accepted English 
and Chinese submissions will be published in an issue of Springer and an issue 
of <<Journal of Northeastern University>> (Supplement), accordingly.

Submission Information 
SSubmitted papers must not substantially overlap papers that have been 
published or that are simultaneously submitted to a journal, conference or 
workshop. Simultaneous submission of the same work is not allowed. Submission 
must be written in Chinese or English and using Word 2003 or PDF format. Please 
also state if you’re a member of CCF during submission. The selected 
outstanding papers will be revised under guidance for publishing. For more

Please submit your paper though http://ipads.se.sjtu.edu.cn/aca2014. 
Submission requirement: 
English submission: please follow springer’s submission guideline to format 
your manuscript. Long paper should be within 14 pages, short paper should be 
within 8 pages. Submission template can be found from the conference web-site.

Chinese submission: please follow << Journal of Northeastern University>>’s 
guideline to format your manuscript. All submissions should be within 8 pages.
