[absoft-members] New BrailleBlaster installers

There are now installers for BrailleBlaster for Windows on
http://www.brailleblaster.org on the "get BrailleBlaster" page. People
were having trouble with the previous installers. These have been
corrected. I hope you can take a look at the software.
