Subject: 2021 Fall Event registration
Ladies and Gents, Please find the Fall 2021 registration form attached. 1.
Registration for the Fall Event is open September 1- FRIDAY October 23, 2021.
That means all registrations MUST BE RECEIVED by that date, not POST MARKED by
that date. 2. If you have paid up $50 dues/event fees since last Spring you
are good to go. You do not need to do anything. However, YOU need to check your
financial/personal records.
3. The Online Registration form from the website may only be used if you are
paying by PAYPAL. Submitting online registration and mailing a check is not
acceptable. Just mail your registration with your check. Ensure you are making
payments to gwatreas@xxxxxxxxx NOT my personal e-mail address.
4. If none of your info has changed there is no need to use the online
registration form, just send a direct paypal payment. It makes things much
easier. 5. If mailing in registration make sure you are using the current
registration form, every year there are a few who use 10 year old forms and
mail them to the wrong address.
6. At registration, everyone will be required to sign a Covid waiver in
accordance with GWA site policy.
7. If you are bringing new folks, ensure they know how much they have to pay
DUES and Registration Fee as well as how to register and ensure they are on
your roster. 8. Inquiries regarding anything to do with the election need to
be directed to the secretary who handles and administers the election, not the
treasurer.
The Fall event will be here before you know it. I know due to current
conditions, many of you may not be there. For those coming I highly recommend
laying in your blanks ASAP as they are getting harder to get and more
expensive. For those with Gas Guns, we may be relying on them even more than
usual.
Lastly, at the G-8 Meeting last night I announced I was pulling my nomination
as treasurer. My health has not been goof for the last 11 months and it is
getting harder and harder to devote the amount of time needed to do the job as
treasurer. After 10 years as treasurer and 2 more years before that as
registrar I am stepping back to take care of myself.
