I'm really not interested in WWI flying so I won't be getting Flying
Circus. I'm also not interested in CoD anymore.
I still enjoy DCS as a flight simulator due to it's generally high
quality (currently learning the FA-18C) but it's ability to deliver
eyeball combat scenarios is hopeless, primarily due to visibility issues.
So, I fly BoS for combat and for pure simming DCS plus Prepare3d for RL
local terrain and a few planes (mostly the Lightning, Hunter and for old
times sake the Chipmunk).

For me, DCS is now worse than ever since the merge and I get very fed up with the open beta version being the lead, rather than a stable release version; their overall business model is so frustrating!!
Also revisited CloD recently and, after initial enjoyment, I was eventually reminded of how frustrating that could be too. I will give North Africa a chance when it comes out though. However, I very much suspect that in the future I am likely to put all my flight sim eggs in one basket and that basket is likely to be BoX and Flying Circus.
It might be hard to make the break with CloD and DCS for old times sake, but I find they are just not delivering for me.

Well you will have to wait a bit for the S.E.5a, but you do get to fly the Fokker Dr1 for now. Not tried in VR as yet but I reckon its going to be good :).
