I wear my standard corrective lens spectacles under my headset. Pimax do sell
lens holder inserts now, so when I upgrade my VR headset I plan to purchase
lens holder inserts and get an extra pair of lenses from my optician to use
with them.

I can't find a supplier who has taken Pimax lenses on yet. I have found
a community member who made lens adaptors for 3D printing but they are
based on glasses bought in the USA.
