You are so behind the times I first did this about 26 years go in Thorpe
Park.
Here is an excerpt from the Daily Mails report on Princess Diana visiting the
park
"The third visit the following Easter confirmed Thorpe Park, near Chertsey in
Surrey, as top of the Royal Pops and this time their party was even bigger.
The Princes' took a couple of friends with them, Alexander, eight, and
five-year-old Nicholas. Lady-in-waiting Helena was there again and they were
joined by six members of the Royal Protection Squad. "Again the Princess and
her sons were dressed just like any other family on a day out," says Marion.
"They made a beeline for the speedboat the park uses for parascending trips and
after a trip on that William and Harry and their friends rode at the front of
the Flying Fish Roller Coaster while Diana watched proudly.
"They were in their element when they discovered a new attraction, the Flying
Aces Virtual Reality Centre, where the boys took part in a World War One dog
fight. "
You were in a simulated two seater with a VR gunner who kept telling you what
to do. Actually Thorpe Park was quite cool when it first opened as they had
all this land and not enough attractions so they built a whole WW1 airfield
next to a lake and filled it with the most amazing WW1 aircraft including sea
planes on the lake Thorpe Park Theme Park June 1980 Shortly after it opened -

Just tried FC in VR omg it is everything I thought it could be. WW1 aircraft in
VR adds so much more, the SE5a and Bristol fighter will be something else. Then
flying over the WW1 terrain map will be again great in VR :).
As a side note you think you get a twisted head in WW2 aircraft in VR, WW1
aircraft take that to a completely new level lol.
