Mike pointed me towards a program recently called Mailwasher that does this
for you. You can find it on www.mailwasher.net

I'm not aware of any limit but 200 is a lot. You can use 1 rule for all
these along the lines of "porn" OR "sex" OR "etc" which would be much easier
to manage.
