UltraShredder shreds files by overwriting them with random
characters, saving it to disk each time, and then bypasses the
recycle bin. If the file were to be recovered by a restoration
program, they would only be able to see unintelligible characters
on disk where the file used to be. The program is very small with
a minute memory footprint, and makes no changes to your system
whatsoever.
