[1stPickPCHelp] MSN Messanger & Windows Xp

My question is in regard to MSN Messenger and WinXp.
MSN comes built-in with windows and a few months ago I upgraded to MSN 6.1.
Now If I remove the windows based MSN Software, Will this effect the new
version of MSN?
The winXp based MSN Version is 4.7.
