There is a copy of the contract attached on this email.
We filled in the details you asked.
We are ready to sign the contract, but we need 3 modifications:
1) We had your oral statement about exclusivity for the next 3 years for the
Ocean Lava brand name.
(If of course we are ok with your requirements, which you will judge from
the first race on October)
2) After the 3rd year, the only thing that will be on negotiation will be
the cost per athlete per race and not
money for the renewal of the brand name, Is this correct;
3) The 3000 Euros will be paid in 3 equal doses. We need written in the
contract the dates of the 2 doses.
The first after we sign the contract. The next 2 every next year, if it is
possible.
However, if from our side, we manage to pay you earlier, we will certainly
do!!!
Everything else is OK, from our side. If you are OK also, we proceed.
