Mumbai, May 31 : The
discussion with workmen associations and IBA was concluded today at Mumbai paving
the way for 8th bipartite wage settlement in Banking Industry.
Representatives of NCBE, AIBEA, BEFI, and INBEF and NOBW meet with IBA
negotiating team finalised the draft agreement on wage settlement which is
scheduled to be signed on Thursday ( It was learnt that the clerical employees will have the basic pay
of Rs.4,410.00 ?(20years)- Rs.13,210.00. For Sub-Staff the new basic pay will
be Rs.4,060.00 ? Rs.7,560.00. The basic pay was neutralised at price-index
of 2,288. The details are awaited. |
