The odd part is that it's just reporting the error. Close and restart
the software, and there's no error any more.
I'm still trying to triangulate when this happens in the software.

I have had a user (so far just the one) report that he has started
getting that error recently. The odd thing is it happens while he is
using the software. So the database has been connected and read and
written to many times before the error happens. It just happens
sometimes.
