I meant to mention, that's the paper that was pretty much the
launch point for Searle's Chinese Room.
Searle's reading of Fodor is tendentious (or perhaps just careless)
- Fodor actually answers in this paper many problems that Searle
raises in the Chinese Room.
But there it is, for y'all history buffs.
