[wisb] scoters

Thanks to Jym Mooney, Andrea and I were able to locate the 5 each of surf and 
black scoters off the north side of Bradford Beach.  We did not see any scaup 
spp. however.  I also had 2 white-winged scoters at Harrington Beach earlier in 
the day.  Duck numbers at Harrington (and Lake Michigan overall) are starting 
to build.  At this time mainly red-breasted mergansers but there were strings 
of birds WAY out that remained unIDed.
