I finally got a look at some of the bigger herring gull flock. I was on my way to work, so the post is late. Anyway I was looking from the westside from McDonnell ? Not sure of spelling, but it's the next left south of Libby, then left and then right. I found 1 adult Lesser Black-backed, 1 adult Glaucous, 1 adult Thayer's and a 1st year Iceland. There may have been a 1st year L BB gull. It's hit and miss with these gulls, but they tend to group up on the lake in late afternoon, around 3 on week days. After the landfill closes. No boats on the lake today also helped. Steve Thiessen Stoughton Dane co. #################### You received this email because you are subscribed to the Wisconsin Birding Network (Wisbirdn).
