[wisb] cackling goose

Was out in the yard today and heard a flock of geese going over. Didn't
even bother to look up till I heard something different. Looked up and saw
a straggler about half the size of the Canadas and was definitely
"cackling" not "honking". Went in to the computer and listened to a
cackling goose to confirm the identity. Life bird for me. Now hoping for a
Ross's goose this fall.
