[wisb] White-throated Sparrow, Chippewa Falls

I've had a White-throated Sparrow in my yard since Saturday, the 5th. I didn't
locate it Wednesday and thought it may have perished in the blizzard, but it's
been back the past two days. Today it was picking at thistle seed below the
sock feeder.
