[wisb] White-tailed Kite

The White-tailed Kite was still present at 3:30 p.m. After perching for several
hours, it began to hunt again and gave astounding looks for everyone still
present. After hunting, it returned to the same tree. Better views were from
Hwy. W with the sun on the bird, instead of Apache.
