The belly/under tail is also definitely pinkish red. It is best seen in flight. I think it was this that led to the initial incorrect ID of Say's Phoebe, which has a salmon-colored belly. The Lake park bird is consistent with this species. The size is right as well. Notice the bill size and shape compared to Phoebe. The bird also has light streaking on the breast and a short dark tail. There is no doubt this is a Vermillion Flycatcher. But, discussion is always good.
