[wisb] Upland Sandpiper - Janesville

This morning I found an Upland Sandpiper at the Rock County Airport in
Janesville. It was perched on the fence right next to the drive along the south
edge of the airport. I also heard both Eastern and Western Meadowlarks, a
Dickcissel, and four Grasshopper Sparrows.
