[wisb] Snowy Owl still on Petrol. Pier Sun. PM

Hedwig the Snowy Owl was active along the Petroleum Pier at 4:20 pm today
(Sunday). Hopping from atop the overhead lights to the pier itself and back.
What a gorgeous bird!
Male and female Common Goldeneye, Scaup and Canada Goose were passing under
the pier as well.
