[wisb] Re: Snowy Owl - Clark Co.

I should have given the coordinates.  I saw this bird halfway between 
Thorp and Owen.  The coordinates were:
44.949352N, 90.699455W
If you plug those coordinates into Google Maps, it will show you the 
precise location where I saw it.
