[wisb] Snowies at Oconto Breakwater

Snowy owls were back at the Oconto Breakwater Park early this morning. I noted
six juveniles, three on either side of the drive. One particular bird
was perched on a white bench no further than 20' from a homeowner's patio door.
Other birds of note were 12 Red-breasted Merganser and 4 Common Merganser.
